Stories (Strange!) Short

LOCATION: England

That night, as usual, Margaret Simpson watching television, quietly waiting for the return of her husband, who gave a concert with the local brass band. His 3 year old girl, Lisa, was lying. Suddenly she heard a voice. She turned and saw her little girl not in her bed, but sitting on the stairs leading from the living room upstairs. Her cheeks were red as if it was intended for adults. Lisa spoke very naturally from his father. Then she said, turning to his mother with a naughty little smile, "He's here. "But there was no one in front of it; Lisa spoke in a vacuum. Margaret raised her voice several times to try to attract the attention of Lisa. In vain. After a few minutes, the girl went into a trance as the stunned eyes of his mother. Finally, she turned and said goodbye to the appearance with a warm smile. Margaret, very disturbed, moved her daughter on the couch. The child was still looking at the stairs. She dropped in a chuckle, "It's still there!"

A few weeks later, Margaret caught her daughter in conversation, alone in her room. She asked him to describe the person she was talking to. The child replied very simply that it was a very nice old man with white hair. He asked Lisa about her parents. He told her to be nice to them, especially with his mother, whom he said it was "a very good mom." Margaret Simpson was very intrigued. Lisa explained to him again that the man had used the word "chuck" a very affectionate. The word soon attracted the curiosity of Margaret; "Chuck" was indeed a nickname she was given as a child. The next day, Margaret showed her daughter a photo album. Lisa examined and exclaimed, pointing to a portrait: "It's him, it is he who comes to see me!" It was his great-grandfather, who died recently. Margaret had fallen out with him after a quarrel and during the three years preceding his death, she had seen him. Lisa had therefore never had the opportunity to meet him during his lifetime. Yet she claimed to have seen him twice since his death. Margaret, who had learned of his death two days before the first appearance, had then had a great sense of remorse.
